Digital Download Products
Once your order is completed, you will instantly receive a New Order Confirmation email with the links to download your patterns. If you are using a free email account and/or have not added [email protected] to your contact list - emails from us including the New Order Confirmation email may end up in your junk or spam folder.
Craft Kits
We have a 3 to 4 day processing time on our craft kits. We try our best to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. As soon as your package leaves our door you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your package tracking information.
