We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of  an incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads resource material and online content is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to read/review the product description carefully before making any purchase.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed "used" after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.cuddleup-creations.net are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.  It is your responsibility as a consumer to carefully read the product description and ask us any questions before making your purchase. There will be no exceptions.

Cuddle Up Creations, Inc. reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Digital Products Delivery of Goods and Services

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact [email protected] with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Craft Kits Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with the craft kit that you receive. If the kit is damaged in shipping, we will work with you to replace any items that were destroyed. If you decide you would like to return the kit for a refund, we must receive the kit in the original box it came in, and all items included in the kit must be in the original packaging as it was sent to you. You as a consumer are responsible for the returned shipping fees. Our kits are put together as they are ordered so there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
